The spacious and bright rooms with their elegant parquet floors and carpets create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. As a business traveler, I found the room comfortable and perfect for unwinding after a long day.

While I appreciated the variety of room amenities, the minibar selection could have been more extensive. However, this is just my personal preference, and others may not mind it as much.

The host, Fabrizio, was excellent and provided great recommendations. Check-in was easy and the room was spacious with a mini fridge.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

Everything was really good from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and beautifully decorated room. The staff were very very helpful, took care of us during 2 days stay. We didn't want to leave, can't recommend it highly enough.

Appreciated the family suite I had with a very comfortable bed and marble floors, as for instance. I had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator🙂🙂

The staff was amicable, fantastic, and responded promptly to requests. Liked my large room with marble floors and a comfy bed, for instance. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus.

We had a great experience at the B&B Second Floor in the heart of the old city. Edith, the lady who greeted us, went above and beyond by waiting for us in the street and guiding us to the hotel. Our room, although basic, was warm and comfortable, with a good shower. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The hotel's location on a busy street did not disrupt our sleep, thanks to the new windows. Fabrizio provided excellent service, arranging taxis and delivering a delicious breakfast to our room. Communication was easy, as Fabrizio spoke good English.

amazing stay at a charming B&B in bologna! fabrizio and his staff were kind and welcoming. the lofted room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a comfy bed. perfect location on via dell'indipendenza with a lovely view. breakfast at a nearby cafe was a bonus.

The location was wicked, right in the middle of all the action. We explored Piazza Maggiore and even hit up some cool bars nearby. The room was sick too, comfy beds and a balcony where we chilled and had a laugh. The landlord, Fabrizio, was a legend and gave us some top tips on where to go. Breakfast in bed was a game-changer!

The only thing missing was a banging sound system in the room. We had a blast partying in Bologna and it would have been epic to have some tunes pumping in our room.

I was delighted with the beautiful decoration of this Bed&Breakfast. The furniture was of such high quality, it felt like I was staying in one of the finest hotels. The location was perfect for me as a senior woman, with both the train station and the historic center of Bologna just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person is a little more assistance from the staff. The children working there were polite, but on one day they didn't show up and the contracted breakfast didn't appear.

The location of B&B Second Floor Centro Storico was excellent, close to the train station and city center. The room was spacious and had a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view. The staff, especially Fabrizio, was very helpful and provided great restaurant recommendations. They even arranged for a delicious breakfast for us at a nearby cafe when we had to leave early. a very good experience.

The Wi-Fi was poor, but we were able to use the one from a nearby cafe. The room and bathroom could use some refreshing.

The renovated rooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was professional and answered all our questions, making us feel welcome. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the historical center and the railway station. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night. it was a great experience and we would definitely book here again if we return to Bologna.

My children wanted a bit more variety in the breakfast options. Although the sweet bread and croissants were fresh and tasty, they wished for additional snacks or a coffee machine in a common area.

The rooms are beautifully appointed with marble floors, a great bathroom, and a very comfortable bed, and the location in the heart of the city makes it easy to get to the National Art Gallery of Bologna.
